Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: - We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to cancel. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. - Cancellation: To cancel your consultation call, please use the cancellation link provided in your confirmation email, or contact us directly at [text 707-321-4232]. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be noted, and repeated occurrences may affect your ability to book future trainings. - No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled training without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
