PAUSE & RESET Guide + Checklist

​Everything you need to come back home to yourself - in under 5 minutes.

STEP 1: Listen + Save This 5-Minute Practice Audio

→ On desktop

Tap the 3 dots to the right (on desktop) and select “Download” to save it to your device.


→ On iPhone:

  • Here’s how to save the audio to your iPhone home screen like an app — so your pause is always just one tap away.

  • Click and open the download MP3 audio link ⬆️ in Safari from your iPhone (this only works in Safari).

  • Tap the Share icon (the square with the arrow pointing up).

  • Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen.”

  • Name it something that inspires you — like Pause & Reset.

  • Tap Add.

  • Done! Now it’s on your home screen like a little self-care app.

→ On Android:

  • Tap “Download”

  • Find it in your Downloads folder

  • Open in your favorite player or save to a playlist

STEP 2: Download Your 3-Step Breath Printable Cards

→ Print + place in your car, at home and at your desk

→ Save to Photos (great for quick access)

STEP 3: Set a Gentle Daily Reminder

📅 Add a reminder that says:
✨ “Pause & Reset Practicel” at a time you usually need to recenter.
Morning? Before meetings? Post-school drop-off? Let your body choose.

 

STEP 4: Create Your Sanctuary (Anywhere)

🚗 In the car
💻 At your desk
🛁 In the tub
🚶‍♀️ On a walk
🛒 Even in the grocery store line…

 

This practice goes where you go. Just hit play, breathe deep, and come back to YOU.
