Here’s how to save the audio to your iPhone home screen like an app — so your pause is always just one tap away.

Click and open the download MP3 audio link ⬆️ in Safari from your iPhone (this only works in Safari).

Tap the Share icon (the square with the arrow pointing up).

Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen.”

Name it something that inspires you — like Pause & Reset.

Tap Add.

Done! Now it’s on your home screen like a little self-care app.
